She works as a Mental Health Nurse with the HSE, bringing valuable clinical expertise and experience into her mindfulness practice. Jasmine delivers practical mindfulness and meditation sessions designed to help individuals manage stress, improve focus, and enhance overall wellbeing.
She is a former Chairperson of Hands4Unity Drogheda and currently serves as the Vice President of the Drogheda & District Chamber, reflecting her ongoing commitment to community leadership and development.
In recognition of her impact, Jasmine was honoured with the Sheroes Global Awards 2025 for Community Leadership.
Through her work, she continues to create meaningful spaces that encourage balance, awareness, and personal growth.
Vida Quaye

Vida is the Co-Founder and CEO of V & J Blessing, bringing together her passion for community, wellbeing, and food to help shape a truly unique experience.
She is also the founder of Sisters Next Door in Dundalk, a community-driven initiative dedicated to empowering and supporting women. A gifted chef originally from Ghana, Vida has called Ireland home for many years, enriching her work with a deep cultural heritage and love for cooking.
In addition, she serves as the Chairperson of the Ghana Union Louth Chapter, reflecting her ongoing commitment to leadership and community connection.
Through her dedication to uplifting others, Vida has created spaces that foster growth, inclusion, and meaningful connection. In recognition of her impact, she was honoured with the Sheroes Community Awards 2025 for her outstanding leadership and contribution to the community.
Shiju D`Cruz
Indian Chef
**Shiju Dcruz** is the owner and chef of Asian Delights in Glasnevin, Dublin 11, where he brings passion, creativity, and authentic flavor to every dish.
With a strong foundation in culinary arts, Shiju completed his Level 5 certification in Dublin and is currently advancing his expertise through Level 6 studies. His professional journey has taken him through some of Dublin's most dynamic kitchens, including roles at Dublin Airport, the Clayton Hotel, and leading corporate environments such as TikTok, Accenture, and IBM.
These diverse experiences have shaped his versatile cooking style, blending traditional Asian flavors with modern techniques and high standards of service. At Asian Delights, Shiju is dedicated to delivering fresh, high-quality food and creating a memorable dining experience for every customer.

Vida Quaye is a talented Ghanaian chef and Co-Founder/CEO of V & J Blessing, where she brings her rich cultural heritage and passion for food to life. Originally from Ghana and now based in Ireland, Vida blends authentic flavours with a deep love for community, creating dishes that tell a story of tradition, warmth, and connection.

Sharon is a talented young chef from Guatemala, known for her distinctive culinary skills and natural flair for hosting. Having made Ireland her home for the past year, she has quickly built a reputation within her community for creating warm, memorable dining experiences.
Her cooking stays true to her roots, using authentic spices and traditional techniques that bring each dish to life. For many of her fellow Guatemalans, Sharon's food is more than just a meal—it's a journey back home, filled with familiar flavours, cherished memories, and a deep sense of connection.
